Donation Agreement & Receipt Notice

By making this donation you confirm and agree that:

• Your donation is a final and non-refundable charitable gift to the Adam Demos Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1234567), made via this fundraiser page on behalf of the organiser.
• The funds will be applied to the cause designated by this fundraiser. If that cause is fully funded, your gift will be applied to the next-most-urgent need within the same programme area.
• You confirm the funds are your own, not derived from criminal activity, and that you are acting on your own behalf.
• The Foundation will use your contact information solely to issue a receipt, fulfil legal/tax obligations, and (only if you opt in) to send updates. We never sell or share your details. See Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• An itemised receipt will be generated immediately, available to download as a PDF or print, and emailed to the address you provide.
